Apple Oats Smoothie
Great meal to kick start your day with or one to satiate evening hunger to boost energy and keep you full.
- ½ cup (125 grams) oats
- ¼ cup (60 grams) curds
- ½ medium apple (50 grams), cored and roughly chopped
- ¼ tsp pinch of cinnamon
- 3 scoops (24 grams) Prohance D powder
- Ice cubes, if required
