  • ¼ cup (60 grams) oats
  • ¼ cup (60 grams) oats flour
  • ¼ cup (60 grams) wheat flakes
  • 1 tbsp (15 grams) peanut butter
  • 2 tsp cocoa powder or drinking chocolate (optional)
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) skimmed milk 3 scoops (24 grams) Prohance D powder
  • ¼ cup (60 grams) finely chopped almonds, walnuts (optional)

Method

    1. Take an aluminium baking tin and place aluminium foil in it. Grease it with dash of butter, if needed.
    2. Meanwhile, in a separate vessel, mix peanut butter and oats flour. Add Prohance D powder and mix well. You may even blend them together.
    3. Mix cocoa powder with milk.
    4. In baking tin, spread wheat flakes. Over this, spread the layer of peanut butter and smoothen it with a spatula.
    5. Next, add a layer of oats. Pour cocoa powder milk over it.
    6. Sprinkle almonds or walnuts as garnish.
    7. Refrigerate it for 6-8 hours. Cut into bars, or slices, or serve 1 scoop, chilled.
